¡Cuánto ha llovido desde el primer post en este blog! Nada menos que cuatro años... En estas páginas he podido compartir con vosotros más de 250 proyectos DIY, ideas, sentimientos, viajes y muchísimos cambios. Este blog ha crecido y yo con él; me ha hecho llorar de felicidad y de frustración en algún que otro momento, debo decir. ¿Pero sabéis con que lección me quedo? Con que no hay que tener miedo al cambio, porque cuando tienes claro lo que quieres (y sobre todo lo que no) solo se puede ir a mejor.
De hecho, Dare to DIY nació de un momento de frustración. Un momento en el que decidí romper con todo aquello que no me hacía feliz para empezar algunos proyectos totalmente nuevos. Así fue como dejé un trabajo que no me aportaba nada para compartir en internet aquello que más me gusta hacer. Todo bajo un lema que aún hoy sigo teniendo presente cada día: "hacer lo que te apasiona jamás es una pérdida de tiempo".
¿Y ahora qué? Pues como sabéis he decidido trasladarme a Madrid. No ha sido una decisión fácil, pero he recuperado aquel impulso en el estómago que me llevó a cambiarlo todo de arriba abajo. Llegan facturas, tareas y la responsabilidad de una vida adulta, pero con este paso también llegan de la mano infinidad de cosas buenas.
Hoy estoy feliz de poder enseñaros mi nueva casa. Es un súper lienzo en blanco sobre el que desarrollar todo tipo de ideas DIY, un espacio que espero conquistar con vuestra ayuda. En adelante, cada domingo tendréis un nuevo vídeo/post sobre algo relacionado con la decoración de mi nueva oficina/casa ¡Gracias por acompañarme en esta nueva etapa!
