¿Cómo va vuestra operación bikini? Qué sepáis que nunca es tarde ;) Pensando en todos los expertos tejedores de excusas, hoy os traigo una rutina de ejercicio que puede hacerse en cualquier parte y sin necesidad de ningún material. Abrochaos las zapatillas ¡y a correr!
Esta rutina se divide en tres bloques que constan de varios ejercicios que deben hacerse seguidos. Se puede elegir entre hacer 30 segundos por ejercicio, o bien 20 repeticiones. Haremos 3 series de cada bloque y descansaremos un minuto entre series.
*CALENTAMIENTO: carrera continua - 10 minutos
BLOQUE 1: Sentadillas + zancadas + fondos de banco + carrera intensa 200cm
BLOQUE 2: Saltos al banco + Flexiones banco + peso muerto con una pierna + carrera 200 m
BLOQUE 3: Plancha + abdominales cruzadas + Sit up completo
Terminaremos con 20 minutos continuos de carrera y estiramientos
